Goal 3 in my own words

It should be understood that many activities are going to require some sort of activity or experience to go with them. Also, that some lessons will take longer than others, some students will be less interested in certain subjects than others, and other more experienced teachers should be looked to for advice. These are helpful in relating to topics later in life.
